With an unusual start to my day, a session of yoga at Yoga Wave with Jasmine was the first way my body was asking to be nurtured. Unusual why? Because I am not normally a morning yoga person. I love to get up and run or walk... but Yoga? I prefer to do yoga in the early evening when most of the day is done and I can breathe, unwind and stretch it out.

Breakfast. One of my favourite meals of the day. I love to fill my body with nourishing foods. This morning I have an old favourite. Organic eggs cooked in a sprinkling of ginger powder and turmeric simmered in a dollop of coconut oil.
