Running trough the Noosa National Park is one of the highlights of my week but today I was feeling like something a little flatter. So I choose to run from Noosa Waters, in Noosaville to Hasting Street, Noosa Heads. Lucky for me I didn't check how far it was before I left.

With an unusual start to my day, a session of yoga at Yoga Wave with Jasmine was the first way my body was asking to be nurtured. Unusual why? Because I am not normally a morning yoga person. I love to get up and run or walk... but Yoga? I prefer to do yoga in the early evening when most of the day is done and I can breathe, unwind and stretch it out.
