When mixed with other ingredients coconut oil becomes more tolerable and delectable. This is one of those recipes that is so simple to make even I can not stuff it up!
(organic where possible)
dessicated coconut, cacao powder, maca powder, almond meal, rice crisps (like rice bubbles)
dried apricots, dates
coconut oil, tahini, honey
mix dry ingredients, add fruit and mix, add liquids and mix
then roll into balls and place into fridge to set or place into tray and make into a slice
You will notice I haven't listed quantities. These change every time I make it and can be altered to your personal preference.
